EasyStream.io Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyStream.io (“the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

EasyStream.io is a cloud-based software-as-a-service platform providing CRM, email marketing, SMS, automation, and funnel-building tools. The platform operates as a white-label version of HighLevel (GoHighLevel, LLC).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to promptly update any information necessary to maintain your account’s accuracy.

4. Permitted Use

You may use EasyStream.io solely for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service or its templates.

  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.

  • Share, resell, or sublicense access to your account without written consent.

  • Attempt to extract or replicate workflows, templates, automations, or intellectual property developed by EasyStream.io.

5. Proprietary Materials and Snapshots

All workflows, automations, email templates, funnel pages, and system snapshots created or provided within EasyStream.io are the exclusive property of EasyStream.io.

When you subscribe to EasyStream.io, you are licensed to use these assets within your account for the duration of your subscription.

You do not own or retain rights to any of the underlying templates, funnels, workflows, or automations provided to you by EasyStream.io.

Upon termination or cancellation of your account, you may:

  • Export and retain your customer data (contacts, messages, sales records, etc.), but

  • You may not export, copy, or transfer any snapshots, automations, templates, or other intellectual property belonging to EasyStream.io.

Important Restriction:

You may not migrate your EasyStream.io account (in whole or in part) to another instance of HighLevel or any white-label version of HighLevel while retaining EasyStream.io’s snapshots, workflows, or automations.

Attempting to move or duplicate any EasyStream.io intellectual property to another HighLevel or white-labeled platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all personal and customer data entered or uploaded into your account. EasyStream.io provides access and export functionality for your data upon request or account termination, in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your data except as required by law or to operate the Service (e.g., third-party SMS/email delivery partners).

7. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

EasyStream.io operates on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan.

a. Billing

Fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless otherwise specified. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

b. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or using the cancellation option in your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your account and associated data will be retained for [30] days before permanent deletion.

  • Access to EasyStream.io’s proprietary templates, automations, and workflows will immediately terminate.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to software, designs, graphics, templates, workflows, automations, and documentation, remains the sole property of EasyStream.io or its licensors (including HighLevel).

No rights are granted to you other than the limited license to use the Service as described herein.

9. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose or use any proprietary information obtained through EasyStream.io, including workflows, snapshots, or platform configurations, for any purpose other than your authorized use of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyStream.io and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranties Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” EasyStream.io disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or non-payment.

Upon termination, you may retrieve your customer data but will lose access to all EasyStream.io-created intellectual property (templates, automations, workflows, etc.).

13. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [Insert County/State].
