Janine Murphy Knew There Had to Be a Better Way!

Have you ever felt like there just isn’t enough time in the day? Janine knows how that feels! She is a physical therapist by trade and worked in a local hospital. She is the mother of two young girls and between her family and her career there just didn’t seem to be enough time or energy to go around.

Each day ended with barely enough time for dinner, homework, and bed. Janine was determined to spend more quality time with her family. She started dreaming about how she could improve their lives. Then the world experienced unprecedented change. She was asked to work even longer hours in the health care world. Janine knew something had to give and she wasn’t alone.

In September of 2021 4.4 million Americans quit their jobs resulting in what we now call The Great Resignation.

Along with millions of Americans, Janine found a way to change her life even though she has more on her plate than most. You see, Janine has autoimmune disease. She chose to learn more about her disease so she could help others. She became an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach.

Did you know that auto-immune disease can be triggered by stress? As an AIP Health coach Janine helps clients with diet, mindset, stress management and exercise. Her background in medicine makes her uniquely qualified to guide her clients through the difficult process of addressing autoimmune disease. We have all been stuck in what seems like a never-ending cycle at some point.

You can hear from Janine firsthand in our interview here.

She decided to find a way to spend more time with her family and shares how to move forward in her chapter of our best-selling book collaboration The Invincible Family. If you would like to break the cycle for you and your family jump into my Facebook community.

This is where I am helping everyday families start, grow, and scale their home based businesses.

Have the best day!
