The Do’s and Don’ts of Hiring The Right Virtual Assistant

How can you hire the right Virtual Assistant? The term Virtual Assistant (VA) is all encompassing so how can you be sure you are hiring the right person for your exact needs? I’m here to help you know what to do and what not to do.

You don’t want to make a mistake here. It can cost you valuable time, money, and energy. This could set your business back at the exact time you are ready for it to launch towards bigger and better things. VA’s are simply not able to come in and save the day if you don’t know PRECISELY what you want them to do and more importantly how to do it.

If you aren’t clear on this you and your business could be in for a world of hurt. Not on my watch! Think of it like this. The time it takes to train a VA is a huge investment. Isn’t time why you needed help in the first place? Now you are spending money and time. It can be a mess.

Here is an example. Let’s say you hire someone to do email marketing. That doesn’t mean they are going to be capable of doing amazing email marketing for your business. We know that 95% of people aren’t doing email marketing properly so it is highly unlikely that your VA will be able to magically fix that aspect of your business. Let’s face it,

the last thing you need is a Jack of All Trades who is a Master of None.

So, what do you do? First you need to determine what you really need. Check out this video where I give you tips on how to do just that. Then you need to find the right fit which can be a real challenge. Well, when I find a need I create a solution! I created a VA Agency that you can count on and trust. We will make sure you are totally covered.

We don’t charge what we could because accessibility is critical to me. To learn more you can email us at You can also jump into my Facebook community where I am helping everyday families start, grow, and scale their home based businesses.
