The SECRET To Staying Consistent

Consistency equals trust.

Showing up every day builds trust with people. When people don’t see you every day, and it’s been a while since they’ve seen you, they have no other recourse than to believe that you are no longer doing the thing you said you were doing.

Do you see how that can cause a problem? Particularly in network marketing but that’s true of any business. When you jump around from thing to thing, it’s not consistent and that’s why it’s not working.

As personal brands, we should be living and breathing our business. When we don’t, people will look elsewhere for the help that you can provide them. The important thing is to know what consistency does. Consistency builds trust and makes you better and more efficient in the long run.

The more you show up, the better your message gets and the easier it becomes to deliver it.

It’s important to understand that 92% of your audience are lurkers. They are actually watching you even if they’re not saying anything. If you struggle to stay consistent then you can gamify it if that motivates you. Give yourself some kind of prize for showing up consistently for two weeks.

Think of who you’re showing up for. At the end of the day our focus needs to be on who we’re serving and who we’re showing up for. You have to continue showing up to nurture and nourish your people. If you don’t show up, what’s the promise that anybody else will? If you don’t stay consistent then your people may just never be helped. Not a lot of people have the confidence to show up consistently.

Be different. Show up for yourself and for who you’re here to serve.
